Someone Who's Run
Every Side of This Business.

Running a live event business means every part of the process has to be dialed in. Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, and Operations. Front end to back end and everything in between, I've done every aspect of it. Founder/CEO, built national multi-channel marketing engines and managed $110 million in spend, generated over $300 million in revenue, stood on stage in front of 45,000+ entrepreneurs and personally sold $35 million, and owned all P&L results. I know what it takes to get there and that full-circle experience is what I bring to every client engagement.

How I Help

Multiple Channels.
One Coordinated System.

Most live events companies run marketing in one or two channels and wonder why the business economics aren't working like they should. We'll take a more comprehensive look at where your hidden audience is and create a more coordinated approach to the customer journey to registering for your events.

The channels below are how I drive registrations. And the systems beneath them are where those registrations turn into sales. The real problem is usually somewhere between the marketing channel mix, the event sales process, and the follow-up systems. We'll look at all of it.

Podcast Advertising

For rotating markets and local events, host-read sponsorships on national shows aren't the right play. You can't geo-target a national audience to one city without paying for the entire listenership. Instead, we use programmatic podcast advertising through platforms like AudioGo, Spotify Ad Exchange, and iHeart SmartAudio. Pre-produced spots delivered to your exact market, filtered by age, household income, homeownership, and content interests. Same engaged podcast audience. Targeted to the people in the room where your event is happening.

47% of podcast-driven conversions appear as search traffic. Don't let that fool you. The audio created the intent. Search just captured it. We track both.

Radio Advertising

Local radio buys timed to your event schedule. I build frequency in each market 2 to 3 weeks before your event, then wind down after. Rotating markets get a replicable system so every city gets the same disciplined pre-event build without starting from scratch.

"Does anyone even listen to radio anymore?"

Ask yourself this: if your biggest competitor started running radio ads in your next market, telling your audience they had the better seminar, would that worry you?

230 million Americans tune in every week. Radio builds urgency, drives frequency, and reaches people your digital ads never touch. The question isn't whether radio works. It's whether you or your competitor gets there first.

Social Media

Paid social media gives you the most precise demographic targeting available in digital advertising: age, income, interests, behaviors, and geography all in one buy. For live event companies, that means getting your event offer in front of the audience that fits your ideal client profile, in the exact markets where your events are running.

Through my agency partners, social campaigns run fully coordinated with your audio strategy: same messaging, same urgency, same call to action across every channel. When someone hears your radio spot in the morning and sees your Facebook ad that evening, that's not coincidence. That's a system.

Search Advertising

Search is where intent lives. When someone is actively looking for what you offer — your event topic, your brand name, or your market — a well-built search campaign puts you at the top of that moment. No other channel captures high-intent buyers at the exact second they're ready to act.

Search also plays a critical role in the customer journey that most advertisers miss. When someone hears your podcast or radio ad, the first thing they often do is search your brand name on Google. If you're not there to capture that search, you just drove a potential buyer to a Google ad your competitor converted. Through my agency partners, search runs as the conversion layer behind your audio spend, closing the loop between the awareness your radio and podcast campaigns create and the registrations your event needs.

Beyond the Marketing

Sales. Fulfillment.
Operations.

It goes without saying that optimized marketing is critical to success. But if sales are weak, or fulfillment is blah, or the operations aren't dialed in and costly mistakes are being made that could be avoided, then the whole operation is in jeopardy. These are the conversations most marketing consultants never have with you. I do.

01

Sales Process and Conversion

Front end · Middle end · Back end

Every successful live event business runs on a multi-stage funnel and every stage has to convert in order to crush it. From the front end, through the middle end, to the back end and further. Let's take a candid look at every stage in your current model with an objective analysis. What should be optimized to increase sales and improve margins while maintaining integrity that holds up to the scrutiny of regulators.

I've personally sold $35M+ from the stage. I know what a high-converting offer architecture looks like, what the presentation flow needs to do at each stage, and how to build the buyer and non-buyer follow-up sequence that recovers revenue most operators leave on the table.

02

Fulfillment

Delivery · Experience · Retention

A great event that delivers a poor experience after the sale is a complaint, bad review, chargeback, refund, or all the above just waiting to happen. This is solvable. Fulfillment and the post-purchase experience are what protect your revenue, your reputation, and your ability for additional upsells in the future.

We'll look at how your programs are delivered, where the friction points are and how to reduce them, and what the customer experience looks like from the moment someone buys to the moment they could become a repeat buyer.

03

Operations

Systems · Productivity · Speed

Most live event companies are running on a combination of spreadsheets, manual processes, a tech stack that doesn't work well together, and business knowledge that lives in someone's head. That works until it doesn't. Too many business critical processes break when you try to scale. Let's help you tighten up the pinholes now or they will absolutely become sink holes in the future.

We'll look at where your team's time is actually going, what processes need to be documented, and where the right operational infrastructure can remove the bottlenecks that are slowing growth.

04

AI Integration

Speed · Productivity · Competitive Edge

I use AI across every part of my business and every client engagement. Not as an experiment and not as a shortcut, but as a legitimate force multiplier that compresses the time from idea to execution and allows a lean team to operate like a much larger one. The same bottlenecks that slow most event businesses down:
•  Slow marketing creative iteration •  Bogged down content production •  Inconsistent follow-up •  Manual fulfillment processes •  Operational blind spots

This is exactly where AI creates the most leverage. We will use AI to speed up:
•  Marketing output •  Tighten gap between sales and fulfillment •  Automate operational tasks that eat your team's time •  Surface the data insights that most businesses collect but never fully use

The operators who build AI into their workflow right now have a massive advantage over those who don't.
•  Lower overhead •  Faster execution •  More consistent output

I help you identify:
•  Exactly where AI fits in your operation •  How to implement it without disrupting what's already working •  How to get your team using it in ways that show up on the bottom line.

This isn't about replacing your team. It's about making your team significantly more productive with the same headcount.
